Incident Wine Club Membership Agreement:
By joining the Incident Wine Club, I agree to the following:
___I am 21 years of age or older.
___A person 21 years or older will sign for delivery.
___My credit card on file will be charged prior to each wine shipment
___Cancellation is permitted after accepting at least 2 shipments and requires
30 days written notice prior to the next shipment.
___Shipping charges for returned and re-delivered shipments will
be at my expense.
___Club membership automatically renews annually unless explicitly cancelled
by the Wine Club Member.
The Fine Print:
• Some states restrict or prohibit direct winery sales or
shipments to consumers. This offer is void where prohibited by law. Call
for more information.
• Membership is limited. You will receive three total shipments per year,
Spring and Fall and Holiday Pack.
• I understand that as a club member I must purchase a minimum of two
wine shipments. This allows me to maintain my status as a wine club
member and to receive all benefits and discounts that apply.

• Club members that cancel their membership within 7 months of joining
the wine club will owe the full retail amount of the wines purchased. The
difference in price of the wine before the discount was applied will be
charged to the credit card on le.
• There is no cost to join; your credit card will be billed automatically when
we send a shipment.
• Members are responsible for supplying Anarchy Wine Co with any
address changes 30 days prior to shipment. If a shipment goes to an
old address, additional shipping charges may be incurred by the member
for returns and/or reshipment.
• Cancellations or changes must be received at least 30 days prior to
the month of the next shipment. Please notify us by phone or e-mail.
